It’s Payback time in the WWE! But, really, isn’t every week payback time? Let’s not dwell on the logical inaccuracies of the title of this “special event” though, and focus on the card itself! We have 6 matches announced for the main show, along with Daniel Bryan’s Championship decision, and there is a lot of potential for this show. So, let’s get right to it!
So here we go again for another year. After Andrew’s league win last year I’m determined to get some revenge this time out. I’m not bitter but just remember that I missed a PPV last year so that’s why he won!!!
Anyway……. To business. After a literally unbelievable Wrestlemania season, we start the road again at Extreme Rules. From my memory of this event, it’s usually a good show with a lot of the rivalries from Mania continuing on and new stories starting out. With that in mind, I’m thinking it could be a great spectacle. We have some good story progressions here with The Shield and Evolution plus Cena and the Wyatt’s. Both these matches should be great if they are given the time and of course the highlight of the night will undoubtedly be LANA!! XD
Anyway, let’s get this show on the road. Here are our predictions. Continue reading WWE Extreme Rules 2014 predictions
Now that the post-Wrestlemania hype has pretty much subsided, I wanted to look at something completely different from the big event – music. Entrance music is a vital part of a wrestler’s arsenal. It’s what identifies them in the eyes of the common fan. When that first note hits… that’s when a wrestler gets the biggest pop. That’s when shivers go down the spine. It’s often the little things that distinguish between a good and great superstar, and the music – often even just the first note or two – is perhaps the most important of those little things. Good music should be instantly recognisable, and be relative to the character they are playing – they should tell the fans something about that individual. And it does help if it’s just a good song. This is a list of music that I rate highly (feel free to disagree, it’s all my opinion), because they do the job they have well.
